Yang Jialing, who is the Professor and doctoral supervisor of Beihang University,was born in Sichuan provincein 1955, received his bachelor degree in Zhejiang University, master degree in Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and his PhD in Peking University. Now, he is the Vice-director of academic Committeein Beihang University. He was selected as a distinguished professor of the Chang Jiang Scholars Program in 2001.

Prof.Yang has published more than 150 papers in which about 110 papers were published on important professional International Journals. He has been asked to give Key-note speak in many international conferences. His main research areas include Impact Dynamic, Plasticity, Crashworthiness Evaluation of Aircraft,Structural Protection of Flight Vehicle, and Biomechanics.
